We welcome all enquiries and aim to respond as soon as possible. Wherever possible please contact us by e-mail or through the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Sales Enquiries
If your enquiry is regarding the status of an order you have placed with us please in the first instance check your email. We contact you by e-mail as soon as your order is received, and again when it has been despatched. You may also use the 'Track your order' feature in the top menu bar. If you have not received your order please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us. If for any reason there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you.

Technical Enquiries
If your enquiry is of a technical nature again please try and send your enquiry by e-mail. This allows us time to look up any technical details and give you a more accurate response. We will endeavour to answer your message within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

Telephone Enquiries and Orders
You may telephone us between 1.00pm and 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 01484 506118. Outside of these hours an answering service is available. If we are particularly busy preparing orders or in the shop we may have to use the answering service during these times also. Please note our phone system is set to go straight to the messaging service if the phone is engaged rather than the engaged tone.

Postal Enquiries
We welcome enquiries by post using the details at the foot of this page.
