Seagull have been responsible for producing some of the best trainers available, so with all that expertise behind them a new trainer design is going to be something special, and the Swift certainly doesn't disappoint!

This can be built as either I.C. or Electric (although we suspect may will build as I.C.) with the option of either a tricycle or 'taildragger' undercarriage. The taildragger configuration does away with the complication and weight of a nose leg and this is the option we think many will prefer.

As you would expect from Seagull the quality is simply sublime, beautifully crafted from balsa and ply with a superb covering, and all hinges, horns etc pre-fitted resulting in a rapid assembly. Also included are fuel tank, undercarriage (with wheels already fitted!) and electric motor mounts should they be required.

It's obvious a lot of thought has gone into the design, the two-piece wing with hefty alloy joiner being just one example of this.

We think this will fast become 'the' trainer, and they make a superb sports model too.

When you take into account all the above points the value in this kit is simply exceptional, we just don't know how they do it for the price.
