Product Warranty
All goods sold are covered by the consumers statutory rights as defined by current consumer law. However due to the specialist nature of many of the products we sell and the fact that customers have often to ‘modify’ these items and run them within certain limitations over which Airtek Hobbies have no control, any items found to have been used outside of the manufacturers specifications or limitations will have to be tested before any replacement or refund is offered which will be entirely at our discretion.
If you find an item is faulty on receipt please e-mail us with a brief description of the problem and we will reply with instructions on how to obtain a replacement or refund. For products that have been modified as stated above (which includes such things as soldering connectors to a motor or ESC, removing or shortening wires, or any modification that changes it from that supplied) we will test the product before issuing a replacement or refund. If it is found that the product has been misused after testing we reserve the right not to offer a refund or replacement.
Lipo batteries are subject to separate warranty terms. Please read the PDF here which contains lipo warranty and usage terms.

Payments
All on-line transactions are via a Secure SSL Server provided by our partners RomanCart, Paypal Website Standards Pro and Verisign. When making payment you will be taken away from our website to theirs, and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Postage and Carriage Charges
Postage charges are automatically calculated by our shopping basket software and are inclusive of a charge to cover the cost of packaging materials etc.

Postal Losses
If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we will await confirmation from the postal service or courier used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, if your order is valuable please consider using the signed for service.

Delivery Schedule.
If your order is received by 12.00 noon (working days) we aim to despatch your order the same day. This is not however guaranteed but we always aim to despatch orders as soon as possible. You will receive e-mail confirmation upon despatch.

Cancellation/Return and Refund Policy
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery. To do this please e-mail or telephone us with your invoice number. We only accept returns if your product is complete, unused and in 'as new' condition and all packaging is unmarked. We reserve the right to refuse a return if this is not the case. Postage for faulty goods will be reimbursed, where the product is not faulty return postage will be at the customers expense.

Privacy Policy
If you register with us to be on our mailing list we hold your name and e-mail address. You may opt out from this at any time and we will remove your details from our database. If you purchase from us, we will hold your delivery address and invoice address details. This information is only used to deliver items to you and to contact you should that be necessary. All purchasers are automatically added to our mailing list database unless you choose to opt out at time of purchase.
We do not under any circumstances disclose any of your details to a third party unless this is necessary in order to complete your order. These exceptions may include Royal Mail, private courier services and payment gateway providers, all of which may have their own privacy policies which are beyond the control of Airtek Hobbies.
